This Japan based consulting firm focuses on training, employee engagement, Business transformation and employee retention of Japanese companies based in the country. This is a Pioneer branch in the country.
Position: Japanese Marketing Associate
Company Industry: Japanese HR consulting firm
Work Location: Makati City
Salary: Php 50,000 - Php 190,000
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Work Schedule: 5 days a week (Monday-Friday)
Days Off: Saturday and Sunday

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Filipino who can speak Japanese, English, Filipino
Open to JLPT N1, N2 Passer or Non-passer (No JLPT certificate required)
Must be business level or higher level in Japanese Language
Good English Communication Skills
Bachelor’s Degree Graduate in Marketing, but any course is also welcome to apply
No work experience required because training is provided
Training is conducted by Japanese Trainer and Manager

Job Requirements:
Tasked with organizing the event, as well as handling postings in primers and advertisements and other platforms.
Responsible for developing effective strategies to attract potential Japanese and Local clients
Concentrate on enhancing the company's brand to appeal to Japanese clients through marketing tactics such as social media and advertising.
Focus on ensuring a positive and engaging experience for Japanese clients throughout the entire process.
Track and analyze marketing campaign performance using metrics and KPIs, generating reports to evaluate effectiveness and recommend improvements
