Position: Retails and Sales Vice President (Salary Negotiable)
Location: Taguig City
Work Setup: Onsite
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Salary: Php300,000 (Negotiable)
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
At least 10 years of experience in retail and sales management.
At least 5 years of leadership experience.
Amenable to attend interviews
Amenable to work onsite
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the company's overall sales strategy to increase revenue, market share, and profitability, ensuring alignment with the company's business objectives.
Recruit, train, mentor, and manage the sales team. Motivate the team to meet or exceed sales goals and quotas.
Create and manage the sales department budget, monitor sales performance, and set sales goals and quotas.
Produce sales forecasts and reports for executive leadership and analyze market trends, customer demand, and competitor activity.
Work closely with the marketing department to develop and execute promotional materials and campaigns.
