Position: VP of Retail Strategy & Sales
Location: Taguig City
Work Setup: Onsite
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Salary: Php200,000-Php300,000 (Negotiable)
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field; MBA is an advantage.
At least 10–15 years of experience in retail sales management, with 5+ years at a senior leadership or executive level.
Amenable to attend interviews
Amenable to work onsite
Can start as soon as possible
Job Description / Responsibilities
Develop and execute long-term retail sales strategies aligned with overall company objectives, market dynamics, and growth priorities.
Lead and oversee nationwide retail operations, ensuring consistent store performance, operational excellence, and an exceptional customer experience.
Drive annual sales planning, including forecasting, budgeting, and performance reviews to support data-driven strategic decisions.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, innovative retail formats, and market expansion initiatives to strengthen market presence.
Cultivate strong relationships with key partners, suppliers, distributors, and major corporate accounts to support business growth.
Enhance retail processes, merchandising strategies, and sales programs to maximize store productivity and revenue performance.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless retail execution and organizational alignment.
Define, track, and optimize KPIs and sales metrics, ensuring consistent achievement of sales and operational targets.
Lead, mentor, and develop the retail sales leadership team to build a high-performing, accountable, and results-driven organization.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging retail technologies to guide strategic initiatives and maintain a competitive advantage.
