Bachelor's degree holder
Open for Fresh Graduates, Undergraduates, and Senior Highschool graduate
With 6 months - 1 year of experience in Customer Service is an advantage.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Respond to customer inquiries about products and services with accuracy, courtesy, and professionalism.
Process customer transactions and orders efficiently, ensuring a smooth, seamless, and positive customer experience.
Manage, update, and maintain customer records with accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns, providing timely, effective, and customer-focused solutions.
Support overall team operations by performing additional tasks and responsibilities assigned by the immediate supervisor.
