Job Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, delivering clear guidance and effective solutions to resolve issues.
Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure concerns are fully addressed and customer satisfaction is achieved.
Analyze reports and data to identify recurring issues, trends, and opportunities for service improvement.
Maintain accurate and organized customer records across all systems and platforms, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Support overall team operations by performing additional duties as assigned to enhance service quality and efficiency.
