JOB REQUIREMENT:
Bachelor’s Degree holder
At least 2 years of working experience in the development of HMO/Medical Insurance Services of the company
Amenable to work on site
Amenable to attend face to face interview
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify business challenges and contribute to the development and implementation of effective solutions and services.
Stay informed on industry trends, products, and market developments to drive innovative service offerings.
Develop and execute marketing plans to promote healthcare services, utilization management programs, TPA offerings, and other business initiatives.
Propose and implement new services, products, and cost-efficient initiatives to enhance business performance and competitive advantage.
Monitor and execute strategic plans to ensure alignment with organizational goals and successful outcomes.
