Work Location: Naga City
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday Night Shift
Salary: Php 80,000 to Php 90,000
Work Set Up: Hybrid Setup
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree Holder in Finance, Accounting
At least 5 to 6 years of experience in managerial role
At least 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable
Amendable in a nightshift
Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Act as the primary liaison for clients, handling escalations and providing prompt support to ensure quick and effective issue resolution.
Guide, coach, and oversee cross-functional teams to foster high performance, collaboration, and alignment with organizational goals.
Analyze existing workflows to pinpoint inefficiencies and implement process enhancements that boost productivity and streamline operations.
Track and assess key operational metrics, leveraging data insights to inform decisions and promote ongoing improvement initiatives.
Design and execute strategic initiatives aimed at strengthening operational excellence and driving the achievement of overall business objectives..
