REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak Mandarin, English and Filipino.
Bachelor’s degree holder.
With at least 3–5 years of retail management experience.
With experience in authorized retail stores or franchise operations is a big plus.
With leadership knowledge or background.
With experience in sales data and implementing actionable strategies.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and merchandising.
Ensure stores adhere to company standards for layout, visual merchandising, and branding.
Achieve sales targets and KPIs for assigned stores.
Analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve performance.
Conduct periodic store visits to monitor staff performance and customer service.
