JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree holder
With experience from ships agency or relevant shipping experience
Amenable to attend interviews
Amenable to work onsite
Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate all Hub Agreement activities and ensure timely handling of appointments with designated agents.
Monitor port call execution and work closely with agents and vendors to meet customer expectations.
Provide ships agency support to customers, the Hub team, and Sales, and assist with operational and DA-related follow-ups.
Use customer insights to promote agency services, resolve issues, and support Hub Agreement pricing with Sales.
Maintain and update agency agreement information in IT systems while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Support Sales and Key Account Managers in achieving targets and fulfilling contractual commitments.
Handle complaint follow-ups, non-compliance cases, and Final DA Settlement investigations.
Prepare updates and reports on technical, service quality, and commercial matters for management.
