Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or any related course
At least 2 years of work experience as CSR in BPO industry
At least 1 year of work experience in Financial/Accounting unit in shared service
Willing to work fully on site at shifting schedules
Amenable to work as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and process vendor payments on time to maintain strong relationships and avoid penalties.
Review and verify invoices, process payments, and maintain accurate financial records.
Prepare and send customer invoices, apply payments to accounts, and follow up on overdue balances.
Generate invoices and ensure timely and accurate payment processing.
Maintain complete and accurate documentation, including purchase orders, internal invoices, receiving reports, and payment records.
