Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting or related course.
CPA or CIA is a plus
At least 5-8 years of experience as operations manager in a insurance company
With at least 5-8 years of experience Transformation and change management.
Amenable to work in hybrid set-up
Can start as soon as possible
Responsibilities:
Driving strategic initiatives to deliver risk-averse scalability, transparency, and synergistic alignment across the function.
Validating the accuracy of operational risk heat maps and other risk assessments.
Developing risk assessments and audit approach for auditing information services and technology,
Overseeing annual business planning and business unit goal setting efforts.
Managing a growing team with responsibility for hiring, compensation, promotion, and performance management.
