Requirements:
Filipino proficient in Korean Language
Korean National proficient in English and has a permanent visa in the Philippines
College graduates and undergraduates can apply
Customer service in health care background is a plus, but not required
Familiarity with CRM systems, data entry, and email/chat
Can start as soon as possible
Responsibilities:
Assist customers by handling communications in Korean and English phone calls, emails, and chat.
Provide assistance and answer the questions about health insurance plans, including coverage details, benefits, and who qualifies.
Guide the customers on how to navigate the claims process, check claim statuses, and handle simple troubleshooting issues.
Respond to inquiries about billing, payment procedures, and premium schedules in a timely manner.
