JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Open to Filipinos who can speak, read and write Japanese
Open to JLPT N1 or JLPT N2 (no JLPT Certificate requirement)
Open to JLPT Passers and Non Passers
Proficiency in English Language.
Open to candidates who are confident in their Japanese and English skills
Experience working as Executive assistant or administrative role is preferred.
Having exposure working in an international setting or in an animation company is a plus but not required.
Willing to work onsite.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide administrative support to Japanese executives.
Facilitate communication between Japan and Philippine offices.
Manage the office operations, handle scheduling and act as a bridge between Japanese executives, Japan team, and non-Japanese speakers.
Ability to use both Japanese and English language.
Manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Handle confidential information and anticipate the needs of Japanese executives and provide support.
