What are the requirements of the job:
Must be Filipino who speak Japanese Language
Open to N2 and N1 level required
Must have FRAUD experience for 6 months (minimum)
Having experience in fraud is very important for the role
Open to graduates and undergraduates
Open to SHS Graduate or HS Old Curriculum
Applicants having any of these experience can apply:
Fraud, risk, know your customer, money laundering or credit card verification
Duties and Responsibilities:
Main job is to identify travel fraud online
Identify if the online listing is fake or scam
Investigate fake bookings from fake customers
Check if credit card is stolen or fake
Investigate payment history and transactions to identify fraud
Screen if the refund claim is fraudulent
Identify suspicious payment and bookings
Screen customer personal data and information to prevent risk
Escalating fraud activities to the Security team for compliance
