JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree holder
With at least 3-5 years’ experience from ships agency or relevant shipping experience
Amenable to attend interviews
Amenable to work onsite
Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist the Hub Agency Manager in implementing Hub Agreements and ensuring timely appointment handling and smooth port call execution.
Coordinate closely with Operations teams and agents to meet customer expectations and manage DA requirements effectively.
Support the coaching, training, and performance development of Hub and Ships Agency Customer Service staff.
Provide ships agency support to customers, the Hub team, and Sales, including the resolution of operational issues.
Leverage customer insights to promote agency services and contribute to Hub Agreement pricing in collaboration with Sales.
Maintain accurate agency agreement information in internal IT systems while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Work closely with Sales and Key Account Managers to fulfill contractual commitments and support sales targets.
Handle investigations, disputes, complaints, and manage KPI reporting as required..
