Job Requirements:
Open for undergraduates
With at least 1-3 year of experience in Customer Service in a BPO Company
Willing to work on a shifting schedule
Willing to work fully onsite in Clark, Pampanga
Can start as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities:
Answer customer questions quickly and politely, giving correct information and helping solve their problems.
Follow up with customers to make sure their issues are fully resolved and they are satisfied.
Create and review reports to find common problems and ways to improve our service.
Keep customer information neat, accurate, and updated in all systems.
Help with other tasks as needed to support the team and improve service quality.
