Position: Senior Sales Administration Officer (Up to Php70,000)

Salary: Php 50,000 - Php70,000 (Negotiable dependingon years of working experience)

JOB REQUIREMENT:
Bachelor's degree holder
At least 6 years of working experience in preparing quotations, proposals, and monthly customer monitoring, as well as processing orders and similar tasks.
At least 2 years in a team leader or supervisory role
Willing to work on site
Willing to attend face to face interview in Taguig.
Knowledge of taxation, accounting processes, or financial reconciliation is a plus
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead the follow-up and collection of receivables (including client visits when necessary), with a strong focus on aged accounts, and coordinate closely with the Finance team on credit management matters.
Review and report monthly accounts receivable and sales administrative updates to the Head of Finance.
Review customer documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Ensure all customer-facing documents (Official Receipts, Collection Receipts, etc.) are accurate and properly coordinated with the Accounting team.
Lead the resolution of invoicing discrepancies, conduct account reviews, and facilitate internal coordination.
