JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree
With at least 2-4 years in Admin experience.
Experience in quotation and invoice is a plus
Amendable to attend face to face interview
Amendable to work on site.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: LOOK FOR MS. JAI
Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
Issuing sales transaction invoices.
Receiving and processing purchase orders.
