Position: Hub Agent (Team Lead) logistic/shipping Analyst

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor Degree holder in business administration or Marine, Logistics, or other related courses
At least 5 years’ Experience from ships agency operational
Amendable to attend interviews
Can start as soon as possible
Willing to work in Pasay City
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage customer requirements in accordance with the established Hub Agreement, monitor service needs, track port calls, and provide necessary customer support.
Report directly to the Hub Agency Manager, working closely with both the Sales and Operations teams.
Exercise authority within the scope of this Functional Description, approved budgets, and the company’s global authorization framework.
Ensure full compliance with regulatory obligations related to ship agency activities.
Provide ongoing feedback on technical issues, service quality, and commercial concerns raised by customers
