Bachelor’s Degree Holder
Open for fresh graduates and Undergraduates
At least 1 year of work experience as Customer Service Representative in BPO industry
Willing to work on site
Amenable to work at shifting schedule
Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, messages, and emails, ensuring clear and timely communication.
Assist customers with product and service inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients to support long-term loyalty. Manage and resolve escalated issues by coordinating with internal teams.
Maintain high customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional support and service at all times.
