Fraser Foods Ltd. at Unit-105-15355 68th Ave in Surrey, BC is hiring Butchers -Wholesale for full-time and permanent position. Duties would be to cut, trim, clean and prepare the different meats in standard pieces for wholesale using knives, saws or other sharp devices, Grind and slice the meat as per commercial, institutional requirement, remove bones from meat, Marinate the meat with traditional spices for wholesale, remove Viscera or other inedible parts from meat, wash poultry for further processing and packaging etc. Ensure Safe and hygienic storage of meat products. Maintain freshness of different meats. Minimum education required is completion of secondary school. Must be able to communicate in English. Minimum experience of 7 months or more as a meat cutter is required. On the job training will be provided. Minimum work of 30 hrs to 40 hrs per week will be given along with two days off per week.
