JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree holder
With experience from ships agency or relevant shipping experience
Amenable to attend interviews
Amenable to work onsite
Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate all Hub Agreement activities, ensuring the timely scheduling and management of appointments with designated agents.
Monitor port call execution and collaborate proactively with agents and vendors to consistently meet or exceed customer expectations.
Provide comprehensive ships agency support to customers, the Hub team, and Sales, including assistance with operational inquiries and DA-related follow-ups.
Utilize customer insights to promote agency services, resolve operational issues, and assist Sales with Hub Agreement pricing initiatives.
Maintain and update agency agreement data within internal IT systems, ensuring accuracy, data integrity, and regulatory compliance.
Support Sales and Key Account Managers in achieving commercial objectives and fulfilling contractual commitments.
Manage complaint follow-ups, non-compliance cases, and conduct investigations related to Final DA Settlements.
Prepare and deliver regular reports on technical, service quality, and commercial performance for management review.
