JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree holder
With at least 3-5 years’ experience from ships agency or relevant shipping experience
Amenable to attend interviews
Amenable to work onsite
Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist the Hub Agency Manager in implementing Hub Agreements, ensuring timely appointment handling and smooth port call execution.
Coordinate closely with Operations teams and agents to meet customer expectations and effectively manage DA requirements.
Support the coaching, training, and performance development of Hub and Ships Agency Customer Service staff.
Provide comprehensive ships agency support to customers, the Hub team, and Sales, including resolving operational issues promptly.
Leverage customer insights to promote agency services and collaborate with Sales on Hub Agreement pricing initiatives.
Maintain accurate agency agreement data in internal IT systems, ensuring adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements.
Work closely with Sales and Key Account Managers to meet contractual commitments and support the achievement of sales targets.
Manage investigations, disputes, and complaints, and prepare required KPI reports for internal and management review.
