Position: Hub Agent (Maritime Industry)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree holder of Marine, Logistics, or other related courses
Fresh graduate can apply

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate all Hub Agreement activities and ensure timely appointment handling with designated agents.
Monitor port call execution and collaborate closely with agents and vendors to meet customer expectations.
Provide ships agency support to customers, the Hub team, and the Sales department, including operational and DA-related follow-ups.
Utilize customer insights to promote agency services, resolve operational issues, and support Hub Agreement pricing in coordination with Sales.
Maintain and update agency agreement information within IT systems while ensuring full regulatory and internal compliance.
