JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree holder
Open for Fresh Graduates, Undergraduates, and Senior Highschool graduate
With 6 months - 1 year of experience in Customer Service is an advantage.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Address customer inquiries about products and services with accuracy and professionalism.
Handle customer transactions and order processing promptly and efficiently.
Organize, update, and maintain data and information records.
Resolve customer concerns by identifying issues and providing effective solutions.
Carry out additional tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
