Position: VP, Retail Sales & Operations
Location: Taguig City
Work Setup: Onsite
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Salary: Php200,000-Php300,000 (Negotiable)
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field; MBA is an advantage.
At least 10–15 years of experience in retail sales management, with 5+ years at a senior leadership or executive level.
Amenable to attend interviews

Can start as soon as possible
Job Description / Responsibilities
Develop and execute long-term retail sales strategies that align with corporate objectives, revenue targets, and market growth priorities.
Oversee nationwide retail operations, ensuring consistent store performance, operational excellence, and an exceptional customer experience.
Lead annual sales planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance reviews to drive data-informed strategic decisions.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, innovative retail formats, and market expansion initiatives to strengthen brand presence.
Cultivate strong relationships with key partners, suppliers, distributors, and corporate accounts to support business growth.
Enhance store operations, merchandising execution, and sales programs to maximize profitability and strengthen competitive positioning.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless retail execution and organizational alignment.
Establish, track, and optimize KPIs and sales metrics to ensure targets are consistently achieved or surpassed.
Develop, mentor, and lead the retail sales leadership team, fostering a high-performance, results-driven culture.
Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging retail technologies to maintain a forward-looking competitive edge.
