Bachelor's degree holder
Open for Fresh Graduates, Undergraduates, and Senior Highschool graduate
With 6 months - 1 year of experience in Customer Service is an advantage.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Respond to customer inquiries about products and services with accuracy, courtesy, and a high level of professionalism.
Process customer transactions and orders efficiently, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
Maintain and update customer records with accuracy, confidentiality, and adherence to data management standards.
Troubleshoot customer concerns and issues, delivering timely, effective, and customer-focused resolutions.
Perform additional tasks and responsibilities assigned by the immediate supervisor to support overall team operations and service goals.
