JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree holder
With at least 6 months – 1 year of experience in HR/Company Nurse
Willing to work in Calamba, Laguna
Amenable to attend face to face interview
Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
Prepare and process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring full compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Handle government-mandated contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and withholding taxes), ensuring timely remittance and proper reporting.
Monitor and maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leave balances, and overtime.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies across all HR-related activities and processes.
Assist in employee relations, including performance evaluations, coaching, and disciplinary procedures.
Maintain and update employee files and HR databases to ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
Support the implementation of HR programs, policies, and initiatives to strengthen employee engagement and development.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the immediate superior to support overall HR operations.
