Bachelor's degree holder
At least 1-2 years of experience in Employee Relations
Amenable to work on site in Makati
Amenable to attend face to face interview
Can start as soon as possible
Key Responsibilities:
Consolidate and maintain updates to the company’s rules, regulations, and policies.
Manage daily administrative tasks related to Employee Relations and HR functions.
Assist the HR Manager in addressing employee violations, concerns, and conflict resolution.
Plan and implement programs and processes aimed at enhancing employee welfare and engagement.
Maintain and manage employee records within Employee Relations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
