JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree holder
With at least 1 years of sales admin experience.
With experience in Taxation and Accounting is a plus
Amenable to attend interviews
Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare and process official receipts, collection receipts, and other required company documents accurately and timely.
Respond to inquiries related to account reviews and subcontractor invoices with professionalism and clarity.
Manage and monitor orders, including tracking delivery schedules and partial shipments.
Coordinate returns and deliveries in collaboration with the logistics department to ensure smooth operations.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor to support overall team efficiency.
