Position: Construction Division Manager

Work Location: Makati City
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: ₱100,000/month (Probationary)
Work Set Up: Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage)
Must be a Registered Professional (Licensed Electrical Engineer preferred)
Experience in construction management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Proven track record in managing large-scale industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects
Strong leadership, budgeting, and client coordination skills
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and supervise project managers, engineers, and site teams
Oversee planning, execution, and turnover of construction projects
Manage division budgets, resource allocation, and profitability
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and ISO standards
Maintain strong client relationships and negotiate contracts and claims
