JOB REQUIREMENTS:
️Graduate of ME, BSECE, or Mechatronics Engineer or related field.
️Have work experience as a Team Leader in a Japanese Manufacturing company
️With work experience in people handling
️Monitor change over line set up efficiency
️Willing to work onsite on Binan, Laguna
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
️Responsible on supervise more than 50 operators
️Responsible to troubleshoot issues quickly and efficiently
️Support production teams with technical expertise and documentation
️Conduct product and process analysis and improvements
️Prepare and present technical reports to both technical and non-technical staff
