Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree of any related Engineering field
With experience in designing or monitoring Solar PV Systems
Strong knowledge of Solar PV monitoring software and experience in fixing system issues
Excellent understanding of how Solar PV systems are designed, installed, and operated
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Job Responsibilities:
Monitor and analyze solar PV system performance using software tools, identify and resolve faults, and ensure systems meet performance targets.
Provide remote technical support to contractors and coordinate with the Service and Quality Assurance Team to track and resolve service cases.
Review site visit reports and documentation, and prepare performance reports for both internal teams and clients.
Manage technical onboarding of new projects post-installation, including design and operational reviews, and support warranty and LGC claim processes.
Work closely with suppliers, subcontractors, and project engineers to improve designs, resolve issues, and ensure smooth operations.
