Company Profile: Japanese Company that provide a business that produces, markets, and exports automotive wiring harnesses
Position: Electrical Wiring Supervisor
Company Industry: Manufacturing Company for Wiring
Location: Binalonan, Pangasinan
Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:00 am - 5:00 pm)
Salary: Php 24,000 - Php 30,000 gross
Work set up: Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
Experience working in a manufacturing company
Communication and interpersonal skills
Has a year of experience in managing and handling a team.
Proven experience as Production Supervisor or similar role and self-motivated with a results-driven approach
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor and control production costs.
Schedule and coordinate production activities.
Supervise a team of production engineers.
Collaborate with other engineers to develop plans for process improvement.
Diagnose problems in the production line and provide recommendations and training
