JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree of any course
Open for Fresh Graduate, Undergraduate, and Senior Highschool graduate
With at least 6 months - 1 year of experience in Customer Service is an advantage.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide accurate and professional responses to customer inquiries regarding products and services.
Process customer transactions and orders promptly and efficiently.
Organize, update, and maintain data and information records.
Address and resolve customer concerns by identifying issues and offering effective solutions.
Perform other tasks and duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
