JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree holder
Open for Fresh Graduates, Undergraduates, and Senior Highschool graduate
With 6 months - 1 year of experience in Customer Service is an advantage.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Respond to customer inquiries about products and services with accuracy, courtesy, and professionalism.
Process customer transactions and orders promptly, ensuring efficiency and attention to detail.
Organize, update, and maintain data and information records to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
Address customer concerns by identifying issues and delivering effective, timely solutions.
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
