Channel Development Manager in Eastwood Quezon City upto 80k
MUST HAVE DIRECT WORKING EXPERIENCE WITH COMMERCIAL NETWORKING BRANDS
Work schedule: 9am to 6pm
Key Responsibilities:
-Identify and recruit new dealers, system integrators, and channel partners specializing in -networking and communication products.
-Develop and implement strategic channel programs to grow IPCOM’s market presence and sales revenue.
-Conduct market analysis to identify emerging opportunities and competitor activities.
-Negotiate pricing, rebates, and partnership terms to secure long-term dealer relationships.
-Provide training, product updates, and technical support coordination to channel partners.
-Monitor dealer performance, ensuring achievement of assigned sales targets and compliance with IPCOM standards.
-Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, and technical support) for smooth order fulfillment and after-sales service.
-Prepare regular reports on sales forecasts, pipeline development, and partner activities for management review.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred).
-At least 3 years of experience within same industry preferably from Rujie, Omada etc.
-Solid understanding of networking and communication technologies.
-Strong partner acquisition, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
-Must be fluent in English (Mandarin/Chinese is an advantage).
-Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
-Willing to travel nationwide.
