Application Managed Services (AMS) Unit Head in Cubao Quezon City upto 80k
Work Schedule : Monday to Friday
8:30am to 6:00pm
4 days onsite, 1 day wfh
Availability : asap to 15 days only
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline (Master’s preferred).
-Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Application Management, IT Service Delivery, or Systems Support.
-Strong understanding of ITIL, ServiceNow Specific Experience
-Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Application Management, IT Service Delivery, or Systems Support
-At least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
-Proven track record in leading AMS or IT operations teams handling enterprise app
Specific Technical Skills / License
-Application Support & Maintenance – Proficient in managing enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS,
Financial, and Web-based applications)
-ITIL Framework – Strong understanding of Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Level
Management processes..
Brief Description of Work and Responsibilities
Service Delivery
-Ensure consistent, stable, and high-performing applications that meet business needs.
-Oversee daily operations to maintain compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
-Drive optimal service quality and user satisfaction.
Incident & Problem Management
-Lead efficient resolution of incidents and problems.
-Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
-Minimize downtime and ensure continuous system availability.
Application Knowledge
-Maintain in-depth technical and functional understanding of all supported systems.
-Use this knowledge to guide troubleshooting, system enhancements, and informed decision-
making.
Continuous Improvement
-Promote proactive monitoring, automation, and process optimization.
-Identify service delivery gaps and implement improvements to boost efficiency and user experience.
Stakeholder Management
-Collaborate closely with business users, IT teams, and vendors.
-Ensure clear communication, timely updates, and alignment of AMS activities with business priorities.
Governance & Compliance
-Enforce ITIL standards, documentation practices, and security protocols.
-Ensure audit readiness and adherence to organizational policies and governance frameworks.
Team Leadership
-Build, mentor, and empower a capable AMS team.
-Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, service excellence, and continuous learning.
Monitoring Project Tiers
-Oversee progress and performance of AMS-related projects via the Application Delivery Plan.
-Ensure proper prioritization, milestone tracking, and alignment with business objectives.
