Detailed Job Responsibilities
1. Production Management & Quality Control
Lead and supervise the execution of customer orders across all production lines.
Ensure product quality meets required standards through effective control
measures.
Implement and enforce safety procedures in daily production operations.
2. Sample Production Coordination
Manage all aspects of sample production, including scheduling, material
preparation, quality checks, tracking of sample materials, and handling related
issues.
3. Customer Quality Assurance Support
Serve as the main liaison between the Quality Department and the customer’s
designated QC representatives.
Coordinate on-site inspection activities and support the Quality Department in
implementing customer-specific quality standards.
4. Engineering & Equipment Maintenance
Oversee the engineering/mechanical team in carrying out equipment maintenance.
Ensure all machinery and production equipment remain in good working condition
and are well maintained.
5. Dormitory & Employee Welfare Management
Manage company dormitory operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and orderly living
environment for employees.
6. Regulatory Compliance & Customer Audits
Support relevant internal departments during government inspections and customer
audits.
Ensure full compliance with applicable laws, as well as health and safety
requirements.
7.Continuous Improvement
Lead and facilitate new product review meetings (Post-Mortem) to drive process
optimization and product quality improvement.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing/production management
Can converse in Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia and other local languages
Strong knowledge of production planning, quality assurance, and safety standards
Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills
Experience in handling customer audits and government inspections
Ability to work independently and manage multiple operational tasks effectively
