My client, a quantitative technology firm operating in an exciting niche market, is looking for a Senior IT Operations Engineer to lead their strategic transition from traditional data centers to a modern hybrid cloud environment. This is a critical leadership and hands-on role focused on cloud adoption, security, and operational excellence.
Key Requirements (10+ Years Experience)
- Experience leading and executing complex, end-to-end cloud migration projects (Azure or AWS).
- Strong background in managing Linux environments.
- A high level of English proficiency is required.
- Expertise in designing, implementing, and securing scalable hybrid cloud infrastructure.
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Experience with disaster recovery planning, high-availability monitoring, and enforcing compliance/governance (ISO, SOC).
