JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree holder
With at least 6 months – 1 year of experience in HR/Company Nurse
Willing to work in Calamba, Laguna
Amenable to attend face to face interview
Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
Prepare and process payroll accurately and on schedule, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Handle government-mandated contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and withholding taxes, ensuring timely remittance and required reporting.
Monitor and maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, leaves, and overtime.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies across all HR-related activities.
Assist in employee relations, performance evaluation processes, and disciplinary procedures.
Maintain and update employee files and HR databases to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Support the implementation of HR programs, policies, and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and development.
Perform other tasks as may be assigned by the immediate superior.
