Job Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in any related field.
With at least 2 years outbound sales experience.
At least 1-2 years Sales Leadership & Coaching Experience.
Amenable to work onsite in Tarlac.
Can start as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective outbound sales strategies and campaigns, aligning with company goals.
Recruit, train, coach, and motivate a team of outbound sales reps to meet targets.
Develop and implement effective outbound sales strategies and campaigns, aligning with company goals.
Set sales targets (KPIs), monitor call volume/conversion rates, and report on team performance to leadership.
Identify bottlenecks, refine sales processes, and leverage CRM/sales tools for efficiency.
