Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree holder
At least 1-2 years of experience in Employee Relations
Amenable to work on site in Makati
Amenable to attend face to face interview
Can start as soon as possible
Key Responsibilities:
Consolidate, update, and maintain the company’s rules, regulations, and policies to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with organizational standards.
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks related to Employee Relations and other HR functions to support smooth departmental operations.
Assist the HR Manager in handling employee concerns, violations, and conflict resolution, ensuring fair and timely resolutions.
Plan, coordinate, and implement employee programs and initiatives that promote welfare, engagement, and a positive workplace culture.
Maintain and manage accurate and confidential employee records within the Employee Relations function, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
