Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree holder
With at least 1-3 years’ experience in HR Payroll
Amenable to work onsite in Zambales
Amenable to attend interviews
Can start as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities:
Process payroll accurately and on schedule, including salaries, overtime, bonuses, and all applicable deductions.
Maintain accurate and updated employee information in the payroll system, including personal details, salary adjustments, leave records, and deductions.
Review, validate, and monitor employee timecards or attendance data to ensure precise and error-free payroll computations.
Respond to and resolve employee inquiries related to pay discrepancies, deductions, benefits, and other payroll concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Safeguard the confidentiality of payroll data and ensure full compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and statutory requirements.
Utilize and maintain HR and payroll systems, ensuring data integrity, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating necessary updates or improvements.
