Position: HR Payroll (Zambales)
Industry: Manufacturing
Location: Subic
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday
Work Setup: Onsite
Salary Range: Php16,000-Php20,000

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related course
With at least 1–3 years of solid experience in payroll processing
Experience in compensation and benefits administration is a strong advantage
Familiarity with payroll systems, HRIS, or timekeeping software
Highly organized with keen attention to detail and accuracy
Amenable to attend onsite interviews
Willing to work onsite in Subic
Can start immediately or as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and updated employee records within payroll and HR systems, including salary changes, leave balances, deductions, and government contributions
Review, verify, and process employee timecards, attendance logs, and overtime claims to ensure precise salary computation
Prepare payroll summaries, government reports, and monthly payroll documentation
Ensure timely and compliant remittance of SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and withholding taxes
Address employee concerns related to salaries, deductions, benefits, and other payroll matters with professionalism and confidentiality
Ensure compliance with company policies, DOLE regulations, and data privacy standards
Coordinate with Accounting, HR, and department heads for payroll-related updates and approvals
Assist in compensation analysis, salary adjustments, and benefits administration as needed
Support HR functions such as onboarding, employee record management, and documentation
Contribute to improving payroll processes and system accuracy through updates, troubleshooting, and coordination with software providers
