Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field
With 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management
Experience dealing with manufacturing, B2B, or industrial sectors is a strong advantage
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Analytical thinker with the ability to identify market trends
Amenable to attend online or face-to-face interviews
Can start as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry mapping to help identify growth opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to expand business partnerships
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations for client acquisition
Monitor and track key sales metrics, generate performance reports, and provide insights for future planning
Support strategic planning efforts by contributing to short-term and long-term business growth strategies
Coordinate with internal departments such as production, logistics, and quality teams to ensure client needs are met
Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking activities
Assist in negotiating contract terms and closing business deals aligned with company targets
Keep updated on market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to refine sales approaches
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and proposals
