JOB REQUIREMENT:
Open for Non-Bachelor’s Degree
At least 2-3 years Call Center experience
Amenable to work in a shifting schedule
Amenable to attend face to face interview once requested
Amenable to be train on site
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide outstanding customer care by identifying client needs and delivering customized banking solutions.
Ensure compliance with all commercial banking regulations, policies, and procedures while addressing both current and future client requirements.
Act as the primary point of contact via phone for clients seeking timely maintenance and service across multiple commercial banking product lines.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to resolve client issues efficiently and enhance overall client satisfaction.
Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned to support departmental operations.
