JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor degree in Human Resource or any related field
With 1 to 3 years’ experience in Payroll Processing
Knowledgeable in payroll software or timekeeping system.
Amenable to attend face to face interview
Can start As soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare, process, and verify employee payroll on a scheduled basis, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
Accurately calculate salaries, overtime, incentives, allowances, and statutory deductions in compliance with company policies and regulations.
Maintain and update payroll records, employee profiles, and timekeeping data to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies, addressing employee salary-related inquiries promptly and professionally.
Organize and maintain employee files, contracts, and confidential HR documents in a secure and compliant manner.
