Position: Vice President of Sales – Retail

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Management, Retail Management, or a similar field.
Master’s degree in a business-related discipline is an advantage
At least 5–10 significant retail industry experience and sales leadership roles.
Proven history of managing large retail networks, driving sales performance, and optimizing store productivity is an advantage
Can start as soon as possible is an advantage
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and implement national retail sales strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth targets.
Oversee day-to-day retail operations across all stores, ensuring consistent execution of sales standards and customer experience.
Lead and mentor regional managers, sales directors, and retail leadership teams.
Analyze store performance data, market trends, and sales reports to support executive decision-making.
Oversee the performance of all retail branches, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to company standards.
