Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree Holder
At least 2-3 years of HR experience in Food and Beverages/ Restaurant Industry
Knowledgeable in handling recruitment for multiple branches
Knowledgeable in DOLE labor laws
Amenable to work as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible in leading full-cycle of recruitment for store and kitchen position.
Conduct orientation and training for new hires
Handling and processing DOLE- related documentation
Manage files, contracts and other HR records
Assist in creating HR systems and evaluation tools
